Jim Hosac has been a partner with Idaho Commercial Brokerage since 2004 and specializes in office, retail, flex/industrial leasing, and commercial investment sales.

Jim has been licensed and actively involved in the Treasure Valley commercial real estate community since 1997 and has proven to be a trusted and knowledgeable advisor to his clients. Some of his current and past clients include CitiCorp, The Regus Group, Wachovia, Tomlinson and Associates, The State of Idaho, Liberty Mutual Insurance, The Hosac Company, and many others. Prior to becoming a partner at Idaho Commercial Brokerage in 2004, Jim was one of the top producing agents at Thornton Oliver Keller Commercial Real Estate in Boise.

Personal
Jim is a fourth generation Idahoan and currently resides in Meridian, Idaho with his wife Wendy, and three children, Jamie (14), Justin (12), and Jacob (10). Jim and his family enjoy all of the outdoor opportunities Idaho has to offer, such as camping, fishing, golfing, rafting, and of course Boise State football.
